Our stay overall was fantastic! We had a few hot water issue's in our bungalow but staff were friendly and efficient. Manuel in the lobby bar is the BEST! He made our stay memorable. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable vacation!

"TIANGUIS EN EL CLUB DE PLAYA."

El club de Playa es lo mejor que tiene el Hotel, la atencion del servicio de los meseros, la comida y bebidas que ofrecen.

Vendedores ambulantes en el club de playa: No hay control ni lineamientos; hostigan constantemente y saturan el área, generando una experiencia incómoda, parece tianguis. Mascotas sin control: Los huéspedes llevan mascotas al hotel y a la playa, y muchos no limpian sus heces, afectando la higiene del lugar. Sin servicio de toallas en el club de playa: El área carece completamente de toallas disponibles para los huéspedes. Cena en el restaurante japonés: La comida fue muy sencilla y el servicio deficiente, a pesar de ser con reserva. Internet deficiente en todo el hotel: El WiFi no funciona adecuadamente en ninguna área; extremadamente lento, impide subir o descargar fotos y videos, lo cual afecta la comunicación en redes o con familia. Habitación con puerta compartida: Se escucha absolutamente todo del cuarto vecino y la puerta interna no da seguridad; puedes pasar al otro cuarto sin que se den cuenta.

"Experiencia decepcionante por falta de información y servicios limitados"

La vista es genial, instalaciones muy bonitas, el mar de su club de playa rico rico, internet practicamente en todo momento.

Nos avisaron un día antes que habría boda en su club de playa y por ello nos solicitaron retirarnos a las 2 p.m. se me hizo una falta de respeto, perdimos practicamente ese día (de por si sólo puedes estar de 10:00 si alcanzas lugar en la van de ese horario a 5:45 p.m. por el servicio de transporte que ofrecen) Tampoco avisan que están en remodelación, en otras reservas desde que estas cotizando tienen el aviso, aquí no fue el caso, estaban remodelando una área de la cual habíamos planeado disfrutar porque vimos en videos de referencia que era el snack mas cerca que había de albercas así que nosotros no encontramos snacks cerca de albercas, lo más cerca es el área de tacos y quesadillas donde la atención y variedad es X. Su programa de actividades se puede decir que es desconocido e invisible, sólo te puedes dar idea si pones atención a una pantalla que está en el lobby. La habitación tenía olor muuuy fuerte a humedad. En el club de playa la pasamos muy bien pero el servicio es limitado, tienen como 2-3 meseros para toda el área de camastros, también hace falta más espacios con sombra. Las albercas "climatizadas" para mi son aquellas en las que puedes disfrutar por la temperatura agradable, la cual sólo podías gozar si te quedabas después de las 6 o 7 p.m, curiosamente en la noche se sentían climatizadas realmente, los jacuzzi, sólo estaban calientes a temperatura cómoda, tan así que hasta bebés entraban sin molestia alguna, sólo se sentían realmente calientes por la noche.

"It was a great vacation!"

The resort has been wonderful! Lunch options are a little strange they don’t have a buffet just a plated lunch or the taco truck but the pantry comes in handy with kids. There is some cool creatures to see and the landscape is so cool. You have to book a shuttle to the beach. If you want a chair for sure going in the morning is best. But the food at the beach is great and the sand is nice and soft. Also Carmen Guordaridg is one of the lifeguards at the water park/ water slides and she is amazing! She’s so good with the kids and she is so funny!!
