Amazing time!!! Gustavo and Manuel were amazing!!! Always anticipating our needs. We did bracket making with Isable Lourdes and Karen and thy were wonderful!! Would return here again for this wonderful staff.

Isabel and Lourdes and Karen were amazing!! Fun times in an art and wine class!! Best experience!! They make this vacation so much fun!! You have to try it!!

"Affordable all inclusive resort."

Stayed 5 nights at this all inclusive resort for the first time. Likely won't come back again due to food quality and location (30 mins from the airport and 45 mins from DT). The rooftop adult only oil is nice with a great view of the ocean. The room is clean enough but pillows aren't too comfy. The resort isn't huge, with several pools, restaurants, bars, a spa and two waterslides. Staff are in general quite friendly and welcoming. The resort is not crowded and attracts less foreigners than other resorts in the area.

El trato del personal es excelente, siempre dispuestos a apoyar. Un reconocimiento especial a la guardavidas Carmen, chofer Gerardo, mesero Octavio y señora Carmen de limpieza.. También el personal de kids club mis felicitaciones. Y tener albercas climatizadas y río lento fue maravilloso, mi nieta pudo perder por completo el miedo al agua y soltar flotadores. Tiene cinco años y aprendió a nadar, fueron excelentes vacaciones. Volvería a hospedarme con ellos.

Solo recomiendo colocar soportes para bolsos y/o toallas en la pared de los baños. Y auditar permanente sus instalaciones. Mi nieta se abrió un dedo con un soporte de sombrilla oxidado

"Worst all inclusive hotel experience in my life"

Just wanted to set your expectations right. Because I learned it myself a hard way, I want to make sure that everyone staying there understands what they going for. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. This is not a typical Mexican all inclusive experience. This is a Marriott hotel. And it’s overrun by families with screaming toddlers, gringo office workers families who are probably spending their Marriott points. That’s it.

"Wonderful jungle resort"

Gorgeous jungle based resort with some good walking paths, Manuel at the lobby bar makes the best drinks and all the rest of the staff are very attentive and the pools and food are great but shout out to my boy Manuel
