Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Nayarit, an All-Inclusive Resort

Hola, el hotel esta muy lindo, le hace falta un mapa o mayores indicaciones para poder saber como llegar a ciertos lugares. La atención del personal fue excelente, la comida horrible, muy poco en el menú, muy pocos restaurantes, ya que solo son dos, no hay gran variedad en los alimentos y los que hay no están ricos. Hubo sobrecupo en el hotel, entonces, no había toallas, vasos, camastros disponibles, y demás. Considero que para lo que cobran podrían mejorar mucho!

El hotel y la ubicación son increíbles, el personal es muy amable, la comida siempre presente dónde sea que estés, nos encantó, Lulú de entretenimiento muy alegre y complaciente, volveremos pronto!

The food can be better, but is not bad either

El hotel es muy bonito y la comida está muy bien. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, las albercas muy bonitas, variedad de restaurantes y comida suficientes.

La zona de playa la verdad no vale la pena, pero el hotel sí. Las bebidas no nos gustaron, el alcohol en general y las limonadas era todo tipo concentrado artificial.

Fantastic pools and aquapark for small kids. Everything very walkable. Enjoyed food, especially Media Luna pool snacks, Teppanyaki cooking experience and Salt&Thyme restaurant with live Italian food freshly prepared. Fantastic staff, very helpful even during night check-in to find us acceptable room.

Beach experience with small kids wasn't ideal - food was so so, sea entrance is not good for toddlers.

Solo Las albercas y los toboganes

Todo eran buffets (nada a la carta) escasa comida en los buffets y sin sabor. Poco personal en los restaurantes solo 2 personas mesereando para tantísima gente. No incluye todas las bebidas tienes que pagar 89 dlls por día para licores de calidad. Según el transporte te llevan cada 30 minutos a la playa (esta lejos 15 minutosen auto) perooo tarda mucho en recoger huéspedes y tienes que esperar Parado en la fila hasta 1 hora porque se llena con 10 personas la camioneta. No hay actividades solo noche de karaoke (2 hrs) El restaurante de snacks de 24 hrs solo tenía Sopas de vaso, cereal PopCorn y ensalada

Tolle Unterkunft fuer Familien mit Kinder : Ein Dutzend Pools; Rutschen, Taco- Bus, Fitness Beach Club ist OK .. Mann miss 10 Uhr da sein fuer eine Liege.

Beach club : Die club chairs / Liegen sind aus billigem Plastik. Insgesamt muesste er etwas hochwertiger eingerichtet werden. Das Italienische Restaurant ist nicht gut eingerichtet und zu laut, wegen fehlender Daempfung.

les salles restaurant très bruyantes et des difficultés à avoir des grandes tables les transports vers et retour du beach-club très insuffisants

This is a hard resort to rate because My family and I overall loved our stay here but we do wish some things were changed to make our experience overall better. Starting with the most important thing for me, the food. The food is very hit or miss here. I had some absolutely great meals and a lot of meh ones. Everything they cooked fresh was great and the buffet food was normally either just good, meh or straight up gross. The key here is showing up right when the restaurant opens. The food is hot and tastes way better. This place seems to be a little understaffed and needs some expansion work done in many areas. If you don’t show up at a restaurant when they open, expect to wait 20-30ish mins to be seated, and once in the restaurant expect to wait about 10 mins in line to get the freshly made food. If you show up right when they open all of these are non-issues. This resort is not next to the beach so it makes up for it by having a ton of different pools to chill out by. Normally at resorts the pools get overcrowded because there’s just one, but here I never felt that way. You still have to be on the move and early to find seating, but you’ll have that problem at every resort you visit. The pools I swam in were heated and the Medi Luna pool had good food. When you want to go to the beach the resort offers a shuttle service to go down to a sectioned off area. Just like everywhere else though if you want to go to the beach here, go as soon as they open up. You’ll want to grab a seat before other people and you DO NOT want to get stuck waiting in line for the shuttle coming home. Some people of my family went to the beach around 12 and tried to make it back for our dinner reservation but got stuck in the hot sun waiting in line for a shuttle for 30 mins. Very very bad. This could have been avoided if we showed up early, relaxed and enjoyed the beach, and left around 12-1. I love the Pantry which is a 24/7 food pantry with cereal fruit, ice cream, sandwiches, snacks, chips, ramen, etc. more resorts should include things like this. The rooms were pretty good. The place I stayed had felt a little old but the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, and there wasn’t too much to complain about. They aren’t top tier luxury but they were nice and I liked them.
