Great price for a decent room. Had everything you would need for a long stay.

TV was Roku but only had Roku Live TV and you couldn't add any apps or login to your own account to watch things like Netflix or Paramount+ etc. So tv watching was not good. Said Ocean View, but the ocean was very far away and not what I would call an ocean view. Carpet had a lot of stains.

Very close to the beach and beach walk to restaurants and shops. Staff Lisa was exceptional, she was kind and very helpful

It was close to the beach.

The room says no smoking but it smelled like smoke the carpet was so dirty. The vending machine was broken

Location is perfect! Just a street over from the beach so you can walk no need to park at beach and pay. Pool was clean and pretty. The barbecue area with fire pit was nice. Coffee machine with 2 glass coffee cups available with packets of cream and sugar with stirring straws. Fridge was cold. Also has a microwave. Parking was good felt safe. I walked to the store 7/11 it’s a 15 minute and I walked alone and I felt safe. No roaches or insects found in the room either.

The floors did not feel clean. Room is outdated but they did tell my partner they are remodeling. WiFi did not work! Nightmare when you have a toddler That needs it for the tablet. Ceiling fan had caked dust on it. Comforter on the bed had 2 big stains. Idk if someone threw up on it something oily and they washed it and stains didn’t come out but comforter was stained. Mattress was not soft it was flat and hard pillows were flat and I mean flat. I think for a room like this it should’ve been $60 per night but you get what you pay for. I think the location is really why they are able to charge $100 + a night. Also I looked for staff Sunday to get a broom to maybe sweep the floor but the office was closed. No blow dryer and that sucks when you obviously will need to wash your hair after being in the beach or pool.
