"Poor experience"

Location but it ended there. Difficult check in. I felt like it was European hostile. Ac ran all night never stuff off and it was noisy and never got the room cool. I couldn’t wait to leave not to mention over priced.

Vagrants drinking in the parking lot. Guests smoking weed by the pool. Ceiling in room was falling in. Fire alarm was not installed. We did not stay. We RAN to the car.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The area was very nice and the beach was very close by. The pool was clean. There were some amenities that were advertised that were not available, but I know they are currently going through a remodeling. Management was great and made our first trip to Deerfield Beach memorable. Thank you!
