Es hatte einen Pool.

Die Mehrheit des Personal war unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Bis auf ein paar wenige. Wir haben uns vermehrt nicht Wilkommen gefühlt. Die Grundsauberkeit war nicht gegeben.

"Fine for a night"

Very conveniently placed in renovated Otrobanda, in a lively neigborhood. Hotel itself is still halfway through renovation, but will look beautiful when done. Staff is friendly, room is clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are linked by a door, and poorly isolated, so if you’re planning a romantic outing or a quiet trip, this might not be your best spot. Room has hot water and 110 outlets. There’s a working fridge, a coffee machine on 220 (which is useless as there’s no 220 outlets) and a night lamp on 220.

"Goed hotel alleen het gebruikmaken van de kluis ging niet"

De locatie en de relaxte sfeer

Er was een kluis op mijn kamer. Deze was helaas gesloten. Verscheidene malen gevraagd om door het hotel te openen wat toegezegd wordt maar gebeurde niet. Heb het maar laten zitten dus kon ik de kluis niet gebruiken

"Cumplió con lo necesario"

El apoyo de las personas en recepción tanto de suki como una chica argentina súper amables y muy serviciales. La ubicación es buena súper céntrica aunque hay escaleras para llegar. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cumplen con lo necesario. Cumple su función entre calidad y servicio.

Que me cambiaban todos los días las toallas de baño y algunas veces me dejaban toallas más pequeñas. Tampoco limpiaban tan bien la habitación porque quedaban espacios sucios. El control de la tv nunca funcionó porque estaba sulfatado por dentro. Sugiero colgadores o espacios para colgar cosas. Está alcostado de un casino y a veces se escuchaba en la noche muchas voces pero nada que no pase.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. El desayuno muy completo.

Se escucha mucho los ruidos de las habitaciones que están pegadas. Faltaría más luz en las habitaciones. Y un televisor con youtube.
