Been here before always clean staff helpful and food excellent

The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and a great size for a family of 4.

The sofa bed wasn’t particularly comfy ( not many are!) but bedding was lovely. The room was very hot despite using the fan (very aware not much can be done to avoid this) Again, no offence intended but there were a travelling community staying on the green right outside the pubs front doors. They were not a problem at all, but we were woken at 615 am with the family giving horse and cart lessons up and down the road. Any other time of the day I would have loved this!

Our room was very elegant and clean. The shower pressure was amazing. We enjoyed using the coffee machine in the room with complimentary coffee pods provided. The location of the hotel is ideal to walk into Glasson or get a taxi into Lancaster. The cooked breakfast was also excellent with veggie and meat options provided. We will be back !

Only thing was that corners of the floors in the bathroom had dust balls in them. Everything else felt clean but lacking attention to this area.

Breakfast was superb, the staff were lovely and they even provided a bed and toy for my dogs.

We had an evening meal at the Stork, which was lovely.
