The Stork Hotel

Nicely located, not too far from the motorway. Excellent price, friendly staff, good food; and our dog was well looked after and made very welcome. Local area also very good for dog walks.

Lovely location, our room was large with double bed and a sofa. Good sized shower room. Food was great and friendly staff.

It was very busy in The Stork so we had to wait about 20 minutes at check in to receive our room key. This is our only complaint though! The staff were friendly and efficient and constantly working hard.

Staff were all friendly & helpful. The pub/hotel was lovely , clean interior quite modern. Evening meal & breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices & good value. Rooms were very nice & modern. Bed was comfy as was the pillows. We stayed on a warm weekend there were fans in the room that cooled it down. Tea/coffee in room & provided me with oat milk 👍😁 There was a nice walk down the lane by the estuary or over the bridge to Glasson. Lancaster was a 10 minute drive away and Blackpool about 15/20 minutes. Would highly recommend, we even stayed an extra night it was so good. We stayed as it was only a 5 minute drive to Black Knight skydive centre.
