Hotel staff is very polite and friendly. They adjust accordingly to your need. We travelled with kid and jagdev and team has helped us very much. Since we were travelling with kid. They helped in preparing food. If you are travelling with family and kid. You should consider welcome by itc katra for stay

We had a wonderful stay at Welcomhotel Katra. The property is beautiful and offers a peaceful experience. The only issue we faced was that the in-room Wi-Fi didn’t work throughout our three-night stay, even after raising it. Everything else was excellent, especially the food. The breakfast spread was exceptional — completely satvic (without onion and garlic) and delicious. Special thanks to Jagdev, Ravinder, Sanjeev, and Nagamaa for their warm hospitality and attentive service at the restaurant. They truly made our dining experience memorable.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Katra. The hotel ambience and cleanliness is very good. Mr jagdev manager is very kind in nature and his greeting towards the guest is really good.
