I stayed at Welcome by ITC Katra for two days with my four friends. We have stayed here many times before, the hotel is very good and the rooms are also excellent. Our experience has been excellent every time, but this time the service was not up to the mark. The service in the restaurant was very slow. The management needs to pay attention to this.

"high tea was tea with cookie and French fries which was so bad as the staff was not working but sitting Itc hotel can’"

The staff was un trained and didn’t know anything about a foreigner check in to the hotel or basic instructions to follow

The property is over rated and doesn’t have any activity or anything which can hold the public

"A Wonderful Experience"

I haven't seen this place in person, but I've seen it through video calls with my parents. The hospitality they received and the staff's kindness were absolutely delightful. What a welcome and treatment both Jagdeep sahab and Sunil sahab gave us. When you have free time and your people are with you, then just go here and come back, then you will become a part of that place and stay there only.
