Amazing hospitality friendly staff cleaned room outstanding views .. nagana in the cafeteria was very helpful n friendly must go and stay there if ur going to Vaishnodevi it’s walking distance from the market

"Mistake staying here"

Nothing about the property will never stay here in future did big mistake I feel.

Food quality and variety .. towels were not given in proper condition. TV doesn’t work need to call somebody to check. No shuttle to Start gate . Poor checkout process need to wait half an hour to checkout. Lethargic service

Great experience. Perfect place to stay when visiting Vaishno Devi. Sincere thanks to Nagama and entire staff at the hotel for their assistance, especially for our 10 year old son. They took really good care.

Connectivity, cleanliness & food

Bad WiFi connectivity. We visited from Dubai, even though we had international roaming, but our phones were not working (understand due to security reasons). I believe, it is all the more responsibility of Hotel to provide uninterrupted WiFi connectivity to its international guests, which was not there, and we were struggling to stay connected.
