Hospitality is very bad staff behaviour is not good. Restaurant staff and service very bad. Very bad experience

We had a wonderful stay at this property, which is truly located at a prime spot. The view of the valley and the shrine from the property is absolutely breathtaking and makes the entire experience even more special. Waking up to such serene surroundings is something we will always remember. A special mention for the amazing hospitality extended by the team. Pankaj, Arbeena, Shubha, Akhil, Rohit and Gaurav were extremely courteous, attentive and always ready to help, which made our stay very comfortable and warm. However, one piece of feedback we would like to share is regarding the food. Earlier, the food here used to be exceptionally delicious — so much so that it was hard to believe it was prepared without onion and garlic. Unfortunately, during this visit we felt that the taste and overall menu spread have changed and the food no longer has the same flavour and variety that we remembered. We truly hope the property revisits this aspect, because the location, views and hospitality are outstanding and improving the food experience again would make the stay absolutely perfect.

Amazing Property, fabulously designed lobby. Round of applause to Chef Rajindra Singh - Simply Satvic Food I really appreciate in room dining experience,most delectable Authentic Kashmiri delicacies like Anjeer Kofta and Dum Aloo served with Mirchi Paratha , in house Pickle were complementing the food beautifully. Stay was comfortable but staff at the front desk ,reception need some better training to handle the guests and must be aware of all the hotel policies.

I had a very pleasant stay at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Katra. The housekeeping service was excellent. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful. Fresh linens and amenities were provided on time, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. It made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Highly appreciated the housekeeping team’s effort.

Excellent stay at Katra Welcome ITC. Overall stay at the property was good. Check in was quick and Quality of Food served is delicious and special thanks to Mr. Sourav at the restaurant who was polite and attentive to our needs. Room amenities are in a good condition. View from hotel room is superb.

Spa facility is very good .. Kajal was very polite and excellent in her work, very professional. We have taken hot stone massage and kaya kalp rejuvenating massage. Other lady also very professional and excelllent in her work. I felt the overall experience is good the only point very limited staff so they are usually very occupied and sometimes forgot to receive the guest on main gate as well.

The best place to stay i must say if you are visiting katra you must stay in welcom hotel the service are great staff is friendly and not to forget food the taste is so great and without onion and garlic special thanks to chef rajendra and his team for prepare so amazing food
