Great, location and great hospitality Nagma, arbina was the two staff at the restaurant block, they are like family They treat my kids very well and other staff was also very good. If you are travelling to Vehsno devi I would say go and stay here. This place shall make your visit super memorable Thanks to entire welcome team 🙌

We chose Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Katra trusting the ITC brand, but the experience was extremely disappointing. At check in, our rooms were not ready, which is unacceptable. The staff seemed undertrained and lacked basic knowledge. Even simple queries were not handled properly, and there was poor coordination overall. We had a complimentary suite upgrade voucher, but the staff had no idea how to redeem it, which reflects very poorly on training and professionalism. There was no welcome at all. No greeting, no welcome drink, nothing that reflects ITC hospitality. The restaurant experience was equally poor. Service was extremely slow. It took more than 30 minutes for one sabzi and over 20 minutes for roti and naan. Breakfast was below expectations. The watermelon juice was labeled as fresh but wasclearly canned, which was misleading. Most concerning was the hygiene. Hair was found in both dosa and sambhar, which is completely unacceptable. Even after raising a complaint, there has been no proper response from the management. This experience does not match the standards expected from ITC.

We went for vaishno devi mata darshan and staff was not at all helpful and even started ignoring our needs.specially the guy on night duty on reception was pathetic and not at all helpful.

Work on hospitality and teach some basic manners to reception people who are attending guess at first.
