Overall had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was a little hectic and took some time, but the rest of the stay completely made up for it. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home for my family. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, making our stay very pleasant. A special mention to Ajay, who truly made the experience memorable . His anticipative service in the restaurant was outstanding, and he managed his team very professionally. His attention to detail and hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. The hotel is situated in a good locality and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. If you are looking strictly for a decent room in a convenient spot, this property checks those boxes. ​The Not-so-Good: Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a complete lack of hospitality and flexibility. We traveled from Delhi to Katra early in the morning and arrived quite tired. While we understood that an early check-in might incur a fee—and we were even the ones to proactively suggest paying for it—the front desk management was incredibly rigid and unfriendly. ​The Main Issue: The most annoying part was the lack of trust and priority toward guest comfort. Even after we agreed to the charges, the staff insisted on immediate settlement before even allowing us to check in or settle into the room. After a long, exhausting journey, a guest’s priority is to rest; however, the hotel’s only priority seemed to be the payment. ​Verdict: While the physical property is nice, the hospitality is not at all friendly, and the service does not feel "valuable" for the price. If you expect a warm welcome or a guest-first approach after a long journey, you may want to look elsewhere.
