Building over all ratings were referring to the building itself and surrounding areas GOOD. The terrible ratings are referring only to Room 916 itself, which gets the worst ratings. No Hot Water for the first two and a half days on bathroom and kitchen sinks, leaking water from under the refrigerator reporting all to property staff. Mold in the bathtub, wall edge molding around the tub missing causing scraping to leg and knees, bathroom sink drawer’s falling out unsecured only 2 towels in room. Not recommending this room at all for future listing to be rented until repairs are completed , and not enough utensils for Two people to drink anything together with only 1 cup available. Will report all to Expedia which did the reservation and listing. And last the room was listed as a 1 bedroom on Expedia website, and after reservation was completed and paid for Non Refundable we started receiving pictures and thank you for renting the studio condo. I will seek if possible total compensation for my stay.

Service was good pool was clean and everything was comfortable.

next-door neighbor had to take the door off his apartment at two in the morning for some reason. It scared us and we did not know how to call security.

Very nice and tidy little apartment had everything you need along with laundry in the building.

The price for parking is expensive unless you find free parking along the street but you have to b absolutely sure it’s free or you will get towed.
