When I arrived, it was the process of fixing a leaking toilet. I had to leave the room and look for another place for the night. No compensation or apology. Phone contact is not a valid email without a response.

Looks like thieves coming to property very often. Scary.

The hotel does not allow any early checkins and they would need to know 3 days in advance to attempt to accommodate. The elevators take way too long so if you uber or lyft make sure to start your journey 10 mins before so you dont loose your rideshare. The location is in a great place and you can walk to many places without a car. The hotel parking is expensive but may not be needed. The flooring in the halls could be cleaned or carpet can be replaced as they were stained and had an oder. The room I had was extremely dusty and even opening the curtains caused a dust storm in my room. The tub had a layer of mold around the wall meeting the tub. had I known what the room looked like beforehand I would have asked to switch if that was an option. The hotel was very quiet. There was not a lot of traffic with guests in the halls as the bigger hotels may have so that was great. I did reach out to the contact number for help and even after my trip no one has reached out to me so that was discouraging. The bed was ok, I was able to sleep but there is not a think blanket on the bed that would suffice for the AC being on. But with the unit off, it was too hot for me. Not sure if I would book again but if you're just needing to sleep ans dont have any allergies, this might be the place to go.
