犬山城が近くに見えて自然が多く、敷地が広くて良かったです。ホテルの建物もそんなに大きくないので静かな佇まいで落ち着きます。レストランやロビーから眺める犬山城の美しさは最高です。食事のときに担当してくれたスタッフさんがとても明るくて親切で、とても楽しめましたし、急にお願いした誕生日プレートも付けていただき、お食事もどれも美味しかったです。大浴場もきれいで清潔でした。

午前中に到着したので、荷物を預かってもらおうとした時のフロントスタッフの対応が笑顔も無く挨拶も無く、とても嫌な感じでした。周りにいた男性スタッフ方達も親切では無かったです。 でも夕方ホテルに戻ってチェックインした時のスタッフさんは新人の方みたいでしたが、感じ良かったです。 フロントの辺りがちょっと狭いと思いました。 あとお部屋のトイレのドアが内側に開ける仕組みなので、出入りしにくいと不評でした。

A beautiful property that outshined the website photos.

Breakfast a bit overpriced for the selection. Beer too expensive for what it is. Shane no costume options for the Springs considering we pay a tax for it.
