die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig, sehr traditionell unterhalb des Inuyama Castle. Tolles Haus, sehr gutes Frühstück, das Personal muss für den Standard noch dazulernen.

"Lovely hotel needs to re organise its dining room"

In an amazing building that took our breath away on arrival. Huge glass wall with view of the castle. Large room with balcony and well equipped. Location is good for castle end of town.

Dining room too small. We could not get a dinner reservation on first night, just when you need it after a long trip. No warning that this was needed. Breakfast needed a long queue which is unacceptable in a hotel of this class. People sitting in chairs all over the lobby and some standing. Reception staff were limited in help given . We went to the annual matsuri which is a major event in the town. The staff gave no useful advice on the route for example. You had to know the exact questions to ask them.

Beautiful and modern facility. Spacious rooms with view of the Inuyama castle.

Everything except for the breakfast. At a high price of 5000 yen, I expected impeccable breakfast. I got an omelet with sides that were cold.
