I’m not sure where to begin with this experience, but here are some key issues: 1. Safety Concerns For guests staying in the capsule rooms, there are no emergency measures in place. The only way to contact staff is through WhatsApp, but this isn’t possible as there’s no Wi-Fi in the capsules, leaving guests with limited support. 2. Rooms in Poor Condition The rooms require serious attention. They were run-down, dirty, and poorly maintained. It’s clear the hotel is significantly understaffed, as the basic upkeep of rooms and facilities is being neglected. 3. Subpar Dining Experience The food was disappointing for the price. At $30 per person, the quality and selection didn’t match the cost, making it feel overpriced and not worth it. Overall, this hotel did not meet basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, or value, and I would not recommend it."

The view was amazing!

Some parts need it some maintenance like the bathrooms.

There was a lot of fog on the window. I wasn’t able to see the beautiful views.

my stay at the vertical Sky was amazing! the staff, where very nice, the food was delicious, the view on the room was breath taking, waking up at the sacred valley view was such a great experience, so happy that I found this place, if i ever go back to peru this would be the highlight of my trip again, and i highly recommend this place.

Amazing views, staff were friendly, bed was comfy but some things were a bit disappointing.

For the money we pay the service is not very up to luxury standards. I cant believe we had no hot water and power was iffy (contacted them about it the evening and no reply). So we couldn't take a shower. The food was good but not great. Especially the breakfast. It was just a basic egg, bread and juice. Also they dont have many staff so they are always busy running around doing everything and things were slow. Also communication with them was very frustrating, sometimes they didnt even reply to my questions. Overall I would say the view and experience was kind of worth it but everything else a bit disappointing.

It was a fantastic stay, staff were very attentive and the fact you need a guide and wear harness to go to your pod was such a unique experience. The jacuzzi/shower was amazing, water temperature was great. The bed was very comfortable. The dinner was tasty too with the fantastic view. I opted to do the via ferrata the following morning. It was so good, so much better than I thought and the guide was very helpful too. If you enjoy go ape in the UK, make sure you do this via ferrata. Needless to say the view was amazing!

The room did get a little cold during the night when I went to toilet even with heater and hand held heater. But when you are under duvet, you wouldn't feel cold at all.
