Location waa good

Dirty dishes, terace. We paid 1300+ € for appartment, there was a pricelist in the appartment and the max price for high season should be 900 €.

Mooie ligging, ruim, schoon en heel compleet appartement met parkeergarage vlakbij. Lekker veel handdoeken, fijn balkon.

Weinig. Alleen jammer dat de slaapkamer wat te warm was. Alleen airco in living.

We had a great stay at this centrally located apartment. It’s spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything you might need. The location is perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. It felt just like home and was the ideal base for exploring the city. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony with an amazing view. The parking near the apartment was very useful and also included in the price. Highly recommended!

"Clean and spacious top floor apartment, walk to everything"

Top floor apartment with a distant tiny bit of ocean view over rooftops. Bright sunny large rooms. Comfortable couch (turns into bed). Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels. Clean and tidy. Sunny balcony off the dining area and kitchen. Mostly quiet, some road noise outside bedroom. Short walk to shops, restaurants, plazas and some amazing gardens.10 minute walk to the ocean.

Kitchen needs a drainer, baking pans, mixing bowls, ice cube trays and potholders. Brochures and maps of the area would be nice. Info on trash disposal would be helpful.

Very nice apartment, at walking distance from Ponta Delgada city center. The apartment was clean, spacious and contained everything we need.

We had some difficulties to open the front door of the building. It was a bit tricky and stressful (...especially the 1st time) as we were not informed about this by the owner, and we were even not sure to have the right keys.

"Perfectly adequate apartment but overpriced for what it is"

Spacious, modern, electric blackout shutters.

Car parking instructions not clear, no basic kitchen supplies such as oil, herbs etc. Quality of keys is atrocious and they barely work.
