Atlantic DownTown 2 - Free Parking

Good location, big space, comfortable bed, 3 sets of towels, big enough smart tv with Netflix etc. number of drawers, shelves, cabinets to keep things, roomy closet with number of clothes racks. In general - everything you need for 1-2 weeks stay

The place was chosen because of washing machine with dryer. Unfortunately we could not make dryer working as expected - moist and cold clothes even after 3hrs drying . Settings suggestions by owner did not help - we had to use chairs on the balcony to hang the clothes for drying. Additional folded drying rack can be the solution, but it was not the apartment equipment. If you intend to use dryer so please double check with owner it is working already. As other people mentioned - air condition - only exhaust is in the living room but the bedroom is at the other end (15m away) with the narrow aisle in between, so you have to set it up on the cold early to get the proper result in the bedroom at night after 2-3 hours ... Additional fan to push the air from living room to bedroom could be helpful - front entry lock needs lot of patience to open the door. You have to move the key softly back and front and left and right to unlock. I realized it is easier to turn it first to lock (to the right) position and unlock (to the left) afterward

Quite comfortable and convenient, overall. The parking was very useful. The house had a lot of commodities, and, while not exactly baby proofed, it was safe enough for our baby to crawl around in with a bit of supervision.

Just minor inconveniences. The cooking oil was poor and the key to the downstairs door was difficult to turn.

Great Host who was very responsive and informative. Provided clear instructions on how to obtain the apartment keys and parking card. Functional, bright, quiet, and comfortable apartment. There is a large dining table and a full sofa to relax and watch tv in the evening. Great Location just north of the center of town. Free parking in the adjacent building. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you needed to cook breakfast. Strong stable and fast WiFi Washer/Dryer combo with detergent available. Sunny Patio with nice view.

Cannot think of anything negative or to be improved.

We loved the location for touring around Ponta Delgada. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Nice bathroom. Free parking across the street was very convenient. Check out time at 10 am was a little early for us. We would not have felt so rushed if checkout time had been a bit later.

I loved the balcony and the amount of space in every room.

Huge appartment in excellent condition. Very well-furnished - simple, but has everything for a comfortable stay. Good location - main restaurants/attractions of Ponta Delgada are walking distance. Large floor-to-ceiling window in living room with view of the city. Car park just opposite the street - flat comes with a card that allows you to use the car park. Electronically-controlled window blinds.

Bedroom can get a little warm as only air conditioner is in living room.

Good place, free farking, very big and light apartments

The main reason why I choose an apartment is because I use to cook food, but the pan in apartment was in bad condition and have not worked on induction hob. Very bad smell in bathroom

Very useful parking, house was very organised and had dishwasher and washing machine available which was great considering the hikes and outdoor activities one does in Sao Miguel. Quick check in process

Unfortunately we booked the property for 4 people and the sofa bed wasn’t made, which meant having to make the bed, which wasn’t a problem but isn’t what normally happens when you book a house for 4 people.
