I left my room to get a manicure and with in 5mins of returning the manager Thomas and a maintance man knocked on the door and said he smelled smoke and i have 15mins to leave #1 I dont smoke but the catch was I didn't realize they stole my ring and chain I gave it to god that was wicked o and there was strong smells of weed

Close to the city but not close perfect location

The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the floor was dirty.

I'm an 82 year old senior citizen on a fixed income who was scammed by Wood springs hotel at 4000 Woodhaven rd. on Superbowl Sunday it was freezing my heat went out i checked in a the woods springs hotel. after 3 hours i found out that my heat was restored. I gathered my things I called the desk and advised them of checking out. I came to the desk repeated my expectation of a refund, let the key card and returned home after a week later i contacted the hotel manager regarding the expected credit. He says did you not read the small print. No refunds I disputed this with my card company and lost

Location was ok Price Big room

Shower was bad. Uncomfortable beds. They don't clean the room. Gave us extra toilet paper and said it was for one week.
