The rooms and the corridor smelled really bad, asked the front desk to go to my room and see why does it smell bad but they didn’t do anything about it.

I always stay here when I go to Philadelphia because it's nice but this time and last time I see roaches before I didn't see any now the last 2 times I did

I’m writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience. Upon arrival, I found that the lobby was closed and there was no access to check in or confirm my reservation. Unfortunately, this left me without accommodations and I had to rebook a hotel elsewhere due to the inconvenience. This situation was both unexpected and disruptive, especially after planning my stay in advance. I would have appreciated prior notice or clear communication about the closure so I could have made alternate arrangements ahead of time. I hope you can address this issue to prevent similar situations for future guests. I would also appreciate any follow-up regarding this matter.
