THEY STOLE MY MONEY $415.17 my flight was delayed 2 hours and they don’t check in us in an room because we arrive 1 hour later leave my family and my kids at the sidewalk at 3:30am and I request my refund and they say they don’t give me nothing because they have a policy that they use for keep the customer money like that… my family and I live a nightmare and also lose money and we never use the hotel be aware of this location they are very bad people
