The Little House, boutique home near the sea

Location was very good as very near to the sea and a supermarket,also public transport.

Could not work the oven but we are not used to electric ovens.

Very easy to stay here-has all you need in kitchen, very clean, parking, supermarket around corner and walk to beach.

Excellent location, lovely house, very clean. Little touches such as coffee and chocolate made us feel really welcome! Very close to the beach, few minutes drive to the sandy West Wittering Beach.

We stayed at The little house for the bank holiday weekend, we are arrived late due to work and Jessica had messaged to say she had left the outside light on for us ( such a nice gesture), the house was stunning, so homely, clean and spacious. We arrived to some welcome gifts, tea coffee and the most incredible chocolate. The house is located a 5 minute walk to the beach, with shops on your doorstep, it was perfectly located for what we wanted to do, having a dog the walks were amazing, he loved it. The house has everything you need to feel like a home from home. We would 100% recommend a stay here and will be visiting again when we are back. Thank you Jess and Ben for letting us stay at your wonderful home and being great hosts.

Very cosy and clean little house. Perfect for a couple or small family. Kitchen and bathroom are very nice too.

Not a dislike - but a Summer duvet would have been more comfortable.
