Compact but with plenty of room for two, spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen, and in a very good location: walking distance of local shops, pub, cafe and the beach. A very good place to explore the coast and Chichester from. We intended to visit Portsmouth and Bognor, but found enough to see and do without ever getting that far.
