Adorable little apartment, only stayed one night so didn’t go to beach. Didn’t seem walkable to anything and the only sink was in the bathroom which was odd for an apartment with kitchen. Very difficult to find for us, but I also forgot to call 24 hours ahead like you’re supposed to. Very friendly owners though. Would stay again.

The property was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and everything was close by (but not walkable). Communication was a little difficult due to language barrier, texting is definitely easier. To find the place, use the address given, NOT how Google maps wants you to go.

Terrible place to stay in Fajardo, you will better off staying in San Juan and travel to fajardo rather than staying in this place. The place had a very strong smell throughout our stay. It was so bad and strong that it gave us a bad headache.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Great location for a one doing a bio bay kayak tour. Bed was very comfortable and appreciated having a fridge, micro and coffee service.
