We really enjoyed our stay. Wish the shower was hot. Other then that everything else was amazing.

Very nice casita with a large room, bath, and small kitchen. Very well appointed. Comfortable.

Even though I arrived an hour earlier they were willing to accomodate me in another apartment. Cozy but comfortable apartment but the kitchen did'nt have a kitchen sink.

Directions provided by the owner were confusing. There was one critical bit of info missing. It was not at all clear that to get to apartment 6 you had to drive through a gate marked G8! I called to ask for clarification and the owner was irritated and condescending. The front door doesn’t lock from the inside! I texted the owner to ask about this (just 10 min after our last communication) and he never replied. There was no hot water in the shower; it only got a bit warm. And there was no hot water whatsoever in the sink. My husband commented that the water heating system they had set up in the shower looked not only ineffectual but also unsafe, given the way the electrical cable was plugged into it. It was raining hard outside, and water was leaking on the floor. We could hear water dripping loudly (into a bucket?) inside a locked closet in the bedroom. The air conditioning was blowing directly into our faces while we were in bed - although I have found this to be pretty common in PR. It was a hassle to have to leave cash for the cleaners.

Had a great time. Locals were amazing and hospitable. Close to the beach!

The place was wonderful. Its small , good for a couple or solo. Very clean and well decorated. No stove. Nice fridge and very cold airconditioner. Parking A+. Place is great for short term stay. Pressure of water low in shower but thats normal in PR. No biggy. Yes, I would stay again and Yes I recommend it.

Firstly the address listed somewhere else at the top of the hill. Fortunately the owner was responsive when we reached out. This is a great place to stop by for a quick night but nothing more. The bedroom has no windows, the bathroom shower had very low pressure and the handheld/lower sprout works rather than the higher one. They offer coffee with a coffee maker but don’t provide a coffee filter. The bed was not comfortable with it being springy. Over all it was not a wonderful stay for the price we paid. There are also a few signs when entering that there is a cleaning fee unless you are willing to keep the place clean. This was vague and not explained on expedia nor the signs in the unit. When asking the owner he said its a cleaning charge regardless to clean the sheets which at that point, its quite rude to ask guests to change the sheets without providing new ones in order to absolve the cleaning fee. Overall wouldn’t recommend for the price paid.

Very clean and neat. Cozy place to rest.
