The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. However, the noise traveled like crazy, the bed was very hard, and not having a microwave or coffee maker in my room was weird.

As far as cleanliness, our room was immaculate. Only recommendation to improve is a little better soundproofing, but this was still better than most. Excellent Value!

Breakfast was Ok , room was fine with a very comfortable bed. easy to get to from Route 7 and Dulles Airport was right on edge of Loudon One with plenty of restaurants

Whilst the bedroom was very comfortable it was lacking a proper wardrobe and drawers in order to unpack properly. We were staying for 5 nights and whilst we could hang up some stuff we couldnt put anything else away. A kettle would have been useful to enable us to have boiling water available for beverages rather than having to get warm water fomr downstair in a paper cup. However Our main reason though for only giving a three star rating was because of the upheaval of you having a film crew in over a weekend when apparently the hotel was fully booked. This meant that we were unable to use a lot of the downstairs area. Some of the film crew were extremely nice but one lady barged past my brother (who walks with a walking frame as he is disabled), kand then allowed the heavy doors to swing back on him knocking him over. There was nowhere to sit for breakfast as the hotel had so many guests staying and the film crew had taken over much of the seating areas. it also didnt help that the temperature hit 105F On Monday - breakfast was all packed away by 9:15am meaning people were coming down and there was nothing available.
