That unilaterally canceled our reservation and then basically said it’s your problem to find another hotel at 11 o’clock at night. Given the day are associated with the national corporation. This is dreadful customer service.

No carpet in rooms.

We needed a place to stay after a long flight and this hotel was near the airport. It was a typical low cost place to stay. It didn’t offer much but we didn’t need much, just a clean room and a good night’s sleep. We were able to get both.

The Tru staff were amazing! They were fast, professional, and kind. Our room was very clean.

Uncomfortable beds, but very clean. Lots of construction which made it noisy and unsafe.
