This little gem on the outskirts of New Orleans is absolutely amazing. It is super quiet, everyone you meet is nice and also very helpful. The rooms are nice, but those beds, man, they are the bomb. I never wanted to do anything lay in the bed, and then I'd fall asleep. The best rest I've had in years.
Kind of run-down. Confusing to check in after hours. Poor communication on what to do. Spiders and bugs in the room. AC was so loud couldnt sleep. Literally nothing in the room but a bed, toilet, and small shower. Not close to worth the price. Leff after one night and stayed elsewhere.
This is a quiet and relaxing place, just minutes away from the attractions. Amy is very kind and helpful, a sweet addition to an already great place. 100% recommendation!
Location was convenient for getting to French quarter and downtown activities of New Orleans. Room was okay, nothing great, but not horrible. Downside you have to pay for tv separate and pay for any ice.
Everyone was so friendly. The room was more than what we expected. The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed the amenities.

The location was quiet and very safe. We enjoyed the deck most mornings and evenings. I know that humidity is an issue in New Orleans, but the first morning, we woke to find condensation running down the wall from the mini splits. It didn’t puddle on the floor and it never happened again so I think the air conditioners were a bit overworked removing the humidity from the air when we first arrived. My one complaint is that the floor left dark marks on the bottoms of our bare feet that had to be washed away. The office was closed so we ran to Walmart and got a Swiffer. I used three mop pads on the floor to get it clean. We aren’t in the habit at home of wearing shoes in the house and we did find that the floor would get just as grimy with us kicking off shoes at the door as it was when we arrived. Part of me wonders if it was a humidity issue. I’m not sure because my adult daughter found a receipt in her bed, which is concerning about whether the sheets were changed.
Cheapest 2 room place we could find so we didnt expect much. The room we had was pretty run down. Weak floors, damaged flooring and furniture, odd smell. Some small maintenance issues that arent properly adressed. Didn't matter much to us but the TV wasn't really working, local channels were in and out. The place is really out of the way, too. Train stopped on the tracks when we were trying to get back to the property and there was no easy way around. The property itself is nice though, gated, pool, on the water, nice views, really good AC and quiet.
This was my second stay at Seabrook. All staff were very friendly and accomodating. The grounds had been freshly mowed Onsite restaurant makes it a good spot for a solo getaway or family trip. Slightly outside city traffic, but close enough to NOLA attractions/amenities.
This was a good value. The Villa was good for the price and I was very happy with my stay. Would prefer free internet, but everything else was great.
