Excellent customer service and a staff that went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. The place is great snd fits perfectly with a visit to NOLA.

I love the proximity of this location. The owners could use to do a little work on the rooms all in all it was a pretty good stay.

This was a great little place to get away to. Perfect location with easy ten minute access to downtown and the French quarter. Being in a warehouse district makes for real quiet evenings away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was nice and refreshing between activities too!

I tried my best to give this property the benefit of the doubt, becasuse I really wanted it to be enjoyable, but overall the property looks very run down and specifically, the 2 bedroom deluxe villa is outdated and dirty. The sofa and rug looked like it was picked up from a garbage dump. We were there with our kids and I didn't feel comfortable with them sitting on the sofa-let alone, sleeping on the pull out. The only good thing about the visit was when we requested to leave early to not continue our stay, the mangament team tried to accomodate us. I say this property is good if you have your own RV, but the rental space for families needs serious updates. We had a cockroach in our bathroom, the size of a small mouse!

Was great to be able to go somewhere quiet after all the craziness and get a good nights rest for the next days adventures.

Entered the room to find the bedding wasn’t clean - had makeup at the top and crusty bodily fluids. There were also crackers at the back of the mattress. The light shade had mold growing. The door hinges weren’t screwed in on one end. The ceiling fan was super dusty, along with the AC. Also, the shower door was broken and struggled to open and close. Lastly, the spiral stairs were not bolted at the very top - this is probably a lawsuit waiting to happen. The office is only open until 5pm most days and 7pm on the others. House keeping leaves at 4pm, so if you need anything outside of those hours, you have to wait until the following day. Front office staff was pretty apathetic. Only pro was the patio overlooking the water. Great, quiet location.

We had a great stay. The bed was super! Their on site restaurant had excellent food and great service. Our only disappointment was that we showed up after check-in time and they were still cleaning our villa and we were left with about an eighth of a roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more of the following day.

What can j say about SeaBrook other than it is absolutely what one would consider for a quiet stay along the bayou in New Orleans!! This place had it all.. and the calming feeling that rakes you over as soon as you step out of your car, is perfect!! We cannot wait to tell everyone about SeaBrook and get ourselves back down here for another stay with them..

The staff was really nice and the restaurant food was great. My first room was so dirty. You could tell it had even been cleaned. It smelled like someone dumped bleach down the toilet and left. The hair were hairs all over the toilet and the floor had not been swept in a very long time. My second room There was a wine glass with fresh wine in the bottom of it sitting on the bathroom sink there were also caps from products on the floor. The floor had been swept in there. The toilet was cleaner. No one had dusted in forever, but the bed was very comfortable, and the bed was probably the cleanest thing in the entire place When I stay again only if the housekeeping staff is better trained.
