Bottom floor extremely noisy! Unit 1! Very hard to sleep

Staff were very helpful with getting doors fixed.

Faulty door locks

Room 10 I liked the room amenities (microwave, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, tea/coffee, biscuits, iron, ironing board, shampoo/conditioner, soap), the room size, the beds were comfortable, and the location is great.

Room 10 The rooms need some attention and more thorough cleaning - old soaps, dirt, small pieces of rubbish underneath microwave/storage next to door. TV, Could only access ABC and SBS (but only DTV no HD). The tv needs to be secured more safely. When I arrived, it was hard to find a staff member to book into my room. I stood in the bar area for approx 10 minutes ( checked lounge bar, pokies, etc), called out a couple of times). I walked out to the bottle shop and talked to staff member out there. He didn't know where the bar staff were. I went back to the public bar and then finally could book into to the room. Apparent, 1 staff member was restocking out the back, and the other who served me had gone out the back to get ice and left the area unattended

No breakfast offered. Nothing to like

No security No response from management to fix up the room as. The lights do not work Hot and cold taps in shower reversed. Dinner in hotel was almost innedible
