The room was comfortable however there was NO HOT WATER! After a long day on the road all I was looking forward to was a hot shower, and it was cold. I thought perhaps because I was last in the complex but at 4.30am this morning it was still cold. I am travelling for work and have an important meeting this morning and not happy I couldn't have a hot shower first!

It was an ideal location, standard , facilities and price for us, being siblings coming to clermont for a weekend and needing a few rooms.

For the price it was all good.

Rooms were quiet.

There was a cockroach in our shower when we checked in. Rooms got a little stuffy through the night and it was too cold to open a window.

Could walk to pub/restaurant.

Being ignored by staff when checking in. Stood behind customer being served, female staff then walked away like we were not there and talked to customer with a child whom was sitting AT the bar. Felt like we were invisible
