"Best hotel to stay in Surat with clean and hygienic facilities in the room."

Excellent professional management with most helpful desk manager and supporting staff.

I suggest they should start putting tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar sachets, milk powder, and wooden stirrers to prepare tea and coffee in the room. Although they provide a hot water kettle and it is also good to note that in the room this hotel has provided a drinking water storage container for the convenience of guests which I have never seen or found in any other hotel stay..
