"Best hotel in Surat"

Great Hotel in Surat, A hidden Gem with all aspects ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Had booked online 2 months prior, a day before arrival they called and messaged confirming our arrival. We arrived at 5 pm, had a warm welcome by Mr Ajay Patel & Hassim Diwan. The rest we heartdly extend our gratitude to Mr Sanjay and Kiran who took care of and assisted us with all our requests and information as we were foreigners. Hats off to them and all the staff. Rooms and interiors sparkling clean and breakfast satisfying with variety. In the end all I can say, So Elegant, So Beautiful, Just looking like a WOW.. .

"Bunch of Cheaters."

Nice Staff, Convenient Location

Hotel People cheated us. They cancelled our Room for no reason and then they booked privately the same for 300 Times the cost. When refused they started criping for Early Check In and late Check out charges. Very dishonest and definitely not trustworthy Hotel. Avoid if you have an option.
