Himley Country Hotel

Big old Country House thats seen better days. Perfectly good for me passing through though and very clean. No food but Pub 200 yards away did an excellent carvery.Would certainly use again

Hotel was okay and clean, no spare pillow in room, unpredictable temperatures from shower one second cold, one second scolding hot, bed was comfy enough, waites for around 10-15 for someone to check the bar area and rang receptionist bell so i could get a drink with no answer. But beat sleeping in the car

Was easy to get to low priced well prosented an staff very helpful

We had stayed at the hotel a few years ago and it was fine however I would no longer recommend it now. There were cobwebs on the walls dirt around the edge of the carpets and I would not want to imagine what was on the carpet on one side of the bed. The what I believe was a mouse dropping was by the toilet bowl and I assume had entered the room via the large hole in the wall behind the toilet

Room a little tired, but clean, clean bedding and towels, lovely hot water for a shower, tv easy to work. Tea and coffee, for a budget stay would use this hotel again

The actual hotel didn’t look anything like the photos online. The bathroom was falling apart. Wouldn’t stay here again

Did not feel safe or comfortable. Bed lumpy and made noise on slightest movement. Did not look anything like pictures shown of room.

We were supposed to stay for valentine's night after viewing the photos the hotel uploaded, these are obviously misleading, the room was filthy, sticky carpets, mouldy walls, lower-body hairs stuck to the walls in the bathroom, bugs on the walls, people taking illegal substances in the reception doorway, a bored, unhelpful receptionist, and now Hotels.com are refusing a refund despite the state of the "hotel"
