Lovely rooms clean staff helpful

Swimming pool , not safe, tiles around the pool and steps into pool are not non slip So very slippery, on entry to the pool I slipped and cut the back of my leg on the sharp corners s os en steps, The pool attendant did notice and was quick to help with first aid box, This is a design issue, not a staff problem , I would expect higher standards of safety with Radisson group

The room & swimming pool

We arrived to see 4 drunk men in pool with clothes on , one smoking in pool! Noisy family at midnight round pool. Lady walked into pool fully clothed!! Breakfast not for English choice. They didn’t understand much! Evening dinner nearly cold, fish full of bones. Reception in another building so I’m sure people could walk into pool when security man not there. We loved one of the waiters who served us at the pool . Spoke good English. We ordered 2 beers to take to room , man in charge said he’d send to room in 5 mins. Waited over 20 mins. When they arrived no opener , waiter said he’d left with previous delivery. We waited but never came back to us with bottle opener. Went to bed !!

Клімат-контроль. Велике зручне ліжко. Персонал дуже привітний і все робили по першому запиту.

Погане прибирання залапані вікна, старі рушники в плямах і дірках. В номері не було фену і рушників, довелось просити щоб принесли. Керівнику клініг відділення слід бути уважнішим.

I liked the area, friendly and a few restaurants near by within walking distance.

The noise at the hotel was rather loud at night, this could be managed better.

good bed and great hospitality cleanliness to the point

shower needs a glass door as the washroom gets slippery to a great extent
