always electrical cuts & no cleaning at all,,we check out after 1st night ,since my booking was 4ninghts

Hair dryer was not provided and room could be bit clean

The room aesthetics, view, and breakfast were excellent.

The service was severely lacking. We spent our entire 48-hour stay with a faulty AC despite multiple reports. On the first night, we were falsely assured it would start cooling; the next day, our morning request was ignored entirely. It wasn't until the second night that a technician finally admitted the unit had a persistent fault. It is disappointing to pay for a premium experience only to be ignored regarding basic amenities. I hope management addresses this lack of coordination between the front desk and maintenance.

Be careful with the laundry service, delicate or non-cotton items (especially linen 😭) can get damaged The cleaning service, especially in the bathroom, leaves a lot to be desired Getting around can be tricky without a bike Double-check the amount you’re charged, as the initial price may not always match what you have to pay
