We were moved after 1 day but it went really smooth

I really liked everything, close to the beach close to the old town.

This was maybe the best accomodation ever for me. Location was really good. Beach on 250m, bakery on 100m, coffee to go on 150m, gyros on 50m, rent a car on 50m, corner street is green market every Thursday. Comfortable, clear, washing machine, big fridge, 2 bigger TV, 2 balconies... I mean, what so you want more?

We did not expect or been told that there will be no cleaning/towel service during 9 days of our stay. We should just been told and we could manage it ourselves.

Everything was perfect. The room was great, nice and clean. The morning after our late night arrival we were welcomed with fresh greek pastries and were given the chance to ask for recommendations, which we did! We asked for recommendations for activities, and the staff even helped us book our samaria gorge hike with a tour company that is trusted and good value. They even helped us by printing our bus tickets and delivered to our room. The staff really went above and beyond in every way. Our next visit to Chania will be at this apartment. 10/10

Nothing

We liked everything. The gifts they gave us (pastries and a small bottle of extra virgin olive oil), the bright apartment near the beach and the use of lift. Comfortable kitchen, big fridge and amazing bathroom. We really enjoyed eating at the balcony during the evening.
