Muir, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Halifax

Clean, quiet, friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that could’ve made it better would be an included breakfast :)

Central very modern and clean exceptionally pleasant.

There was a little snag with the valet parking due to the works at the front but other than that it was spectacular.

We stayed at the Muir for 2 nights this week and had a pleasant stay. This hotel is located right on the water front downtown, the parking was easy as you only have to use the underground parking on the right of the hôtel, $35 a night but totally worth it for that area. From there you take an elevator to the lobby to check in, You could also pull in front if needed to but it was under construction. We were able to drop a suitcase ahead of time at the front desk as we came in early which was convenient. This was our second stay at the Muir, The Rooms are well appointed and we had a great view of the harbor. Employées were courteous and helpful. this is a pleasant hotel to stay at. We didn’t use the restaurant. The gym area is huge and well appointed, I found the pool a bit smaller than I hope but it is well set up and easy to use. Overall this is a new hôtel, well situated downtown with easy access to everything and even a shuttle limo to take you anywhere downtown free of charge. The rooms are premium. We have expérience with other hôtels downtown and this one is our favorite as it is new and well appointed. We had bad expérience else where where rooms felt old and parking was problématic. We appreciated the personalize service at the Muir. Room prices are on the high side but it is worth it if you want to make your stay spécial,

Perfection

Nothing it’s perfect. Having the option of a tub in the room instead of a shower would nice but it’s an amazing property.
