Mr Uday at the breakfast buffet is exceptionally welcoming , takes care and ensures each guest has everything their need . He has a collegaue too who s name i forget but i must say kudos to Mr Uday Sah for the service he gave us and others

Christmas decorations were not up to mark - should have been more professional . New year decorations were not put up . Have to make the lobby grand - its too basic. Staff outside in purple do not opne doors or offer much to help - i opened each door myself - they greet well thou .

The hotel itself.. I think the pictures were a bit misleading.. Rooms were smaller and the pool on top floor waa tiny.. Its a functional hotel but only if you have to spend a night or so.. Nothing much more than that.. Properly didn't had any outside open seating area, all just felt a bit congested.. Room was damp but staff did help to arrange a dehumidifier quickly. Some rooms has balcony some don't..
