"Far Below the Usual Vivanta Standards"

After always staying at Vivanta properties, I booked this one with the same expectations - but unfortunately, it fell well below them. Right from the moment I entered the property, the experience didn’t feel like Taj. The location is right on the highway, the room lacked the usual Vivanta charm, and even the staff at check-in didn’t reflect the signature Taj hospitality I’ve come to expect. Overall, a disappointing experience compared to my previous stays.
