Vorhang in dem Zimmer konnte nicht geschlossen werden, die Frau vom Counter meinte es ist so OK. Der gesamte Vorhang war aus der Führungschiene und sah sehr mitgenommen aus. Sie versuchte den Vorhang in die Schiene einzufädeln, was nicht funktionierte. Wir drängten nach fast 20 Minuten auf ein anderes Zimmer. Nach einem Telefonat erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer. Professional war das ganze nicht.
