Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Miramar by IHG

Let's face it, Holiday Inn Express is not in the same league as, say, Four Seasons. But this Holiday Inn Express served perfectly as expected: A nice, not outstanding hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom looked like it had been designed and renovated in the year 2000, the staff was very friendly, the bed comforter had a tiny mark or two on it, and so on. I got exactly what I expected and, accordingly, I was very pleased.

Great location and facility. Friendly and responsive staff. Breakfast bar is clean and well stocked.

Air conditioner could have been a bit quieter.

The hotel facilities were very well-maintained, from the lobby to the guest rooms. The room itself was spacious, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the functional layout, which included a closet, a lounge chair, and a luggage rack.

The breakfast options were very simple and repetitive; it was the same menu every single day. I think the guest experience would be much better with more variety.

Rooms were clean hotel custodians were all awesome and respectful I always clean my room when I get to the hotel with my own wipes and you couldn't find any dirt they cleaned it very well and when you see them in the halls and ask for anything they are delighted to help
