Hotel Marimba Punta Cana

Foi tudo maravilhoso, desde a chegada até o último dia. Limpeza, alimentação, conforto, localização, segurança. Queria destacar alguns profissionais que fizeram diferença: Wanda, Pamela, Ruth (bar molhado) Adonis(pizza), Lisa, Luz Foram muitos!!! Muito obrigada por dias maravilhosos

Friendly staff. Needs improvements

No me gustó nada esta sucio mal servicio el desayuno horrible muchas cucarachas

La puerta de mi cuarto y algunas otras que vi se ven super inseguras, unas tenian el area del seguro roto y de facil acceso a entrar. La cama esta rota, el aire está sucio y habían cucarachas! Ademas de que no dan toallas la piscina está sucia.

The only good thing about this property was the kitch guy made and awesome club sandwich and fries. There were roaches and bed bugs we moved room due to the bugs and no hot what water. The next room didnt have bed bugs but had roaches and boiling hot water, there was mold on the wall and the ceiling in the bathroom started falling down, the toilet was leaking we had them go in 3 times and fix these problems and they never did.

There is more on the wall. The rooms are dirty. The overall hotel is dirty. The staff do not speak English when you are complaining there are lizards in their rooms. Bed is uncomfortable hotel as a bad smells

Stayed here one night due to an emergency, the room smelled Moldy and like cigarettes. Toilet was leaking, no warm water. The manager at the breakfast dining was very unwelcoming and act like you are begging for the breakfast that is included. We just walked away and didn’t eat anything. The pictures are a total lie and looks nothing like it. The pool area had broken and rusted chairs, my kids didn’t even want to go in the pool. It was a nightmare staying there. We didn’t sleep and just waited for morning to come and left.
