Comfortable beds, big rooms, hot shower

On the first night an emloyee of the hotel unlocked the door of our room with the master key and entered our room at 1 am without any reason. When he saw we were awake he ran away. We informed the staff about the incidence but it was not taken seriously. During the second day, the facility staff were cleaning the floor above our room with a lot of water. The water went through the floor and started flooding our room through the spot lights. We informed the reception and after requesting a different room we were placed in a smaller room than before. We also asked the staff for help with our luggage. One guy showed up immediately but we were still packing our backpacks. He waited a few seconds, walked away and never came back. In general what disturbed us were not the incidences that we described above. Things like those happen all the time and are ok, since those are certainly not on purpose. What was definitely not ok was the unprofessional reaction by the staff, which is not adequate for a hotel of this class and price segment.

Super clean, quaint, comfortable, private, modern.

Rooms needed air flow such as fan or air conditioning. Windows open to hallway in hotel and not enough air. Plus takes away from privacy. Fans requested were not enough to cool off. Otherwise, excellent stay.

It was really modern, very friendly staff and good food.

The city of Latacunga is not the best to hang around. A good place to stop on the way to Quilatoa lake!

This was the first time we stayed in this hotel recommended by a friend. It is modern, clean and the service is exceptional. We stayed for 4 nights took advantage of the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The location is very central and there is a private parking lot 1 block away.
