Stunning 9 Bd Single Family w/ Pool @ Champions Gate 1508

I lived in this neighborhood for many years and have always liked the location. We were a group of 25 traveling together and booked two houses located almost next to each other. The other house had no issues and everything went very smoothly, but unfortunately, this house was a completely different experience.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the house when we arrived. The walls were dirty, the dining table was stained, and the carpets had visible stains and did not feel properly cleaned. The stove was also broken when we arrived. One morning, people entered the house to fix it without any prior warning or notice from management, which was very unsettling and especially since it was early in the morning. Outside, there were exposed joints near the pool area, which could have been very dangerous, especially if we had children with us. We never entered the garage or used any of the equipment stored there, yet we were charged for a broken pool stick that we did not use. I have tried multiple times to get my damage deposit back, but with no success. At this point, I’ve given up trying to recover it. Communication with the hosts has been extremely difficult and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to save themselves the time and stress and consider staying elsewhere. I will be adding photos of the house as it was when we arrived.

Ficamos em 5 famílias, composta por adolescentes, idosos e bebê. Todos ficaram bem instalados, tiveram sua privacidade, cozinha completa, sala e mesa ampla, um condomínio lindo. Fantástico. Férias maravilhosas. Tivemos um problema na fechadura banheiro e foi resolvido em menos de 2h enquanto estávamos no parque. Suporte e apoio rápido e impecável.
