"We definitely didn’t want to leave I definitely would rent again"

Everything was clean and comfortable and relaxing

The only thing was the ac didn’t keep the upstairs cool at night but that could of been from all the kids running in and out

"We would stay here again, the house was beautiful and I was able to have my family over for dinner which is why I booked"

The house was beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone. I loved having the private pool.

There were some things damaged in the house when we got there, nothing I’m really concerned with, just wish the pool table wasn’t broken. The slots kept falling out when we played. No biggie though.

"Prepaid for hot tub heating, but never got it, nor a refund."

House size was great. Parking was great.

Prepaid for hot tub / pool heating. It was not heated. Temperature was 81 degrees. Sent more than ten emails and numerous texts to address. They replied that I needed to take time away from my schedule to meet a technician at the pool. When I refused they said they didn't need me to access the pool, but nothing changed. I sent them pics with the temperature on their equipment, they ignored me, didn't reply. Dryer door had to be forcibly closed. The freezer was frozen shut. No staff to address my concerns. They sent some emails and texts, but I'm not sure it wasn't bots.

The house was very spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool area and the kitchen was well equipped.
