Nothing is in a neighborhood with no privacy bc all the houses are super close to each other

I’m furious with this rental!! They took a deposit of $800 and it 25 days and I’m still waiting for the return of my deposit. I have email them and they keep telling that it going to be return in 7 days( we are on day 25!!!) The house was return in perfect condition. They ask you to put the towels to wash, we wash them and folded them. The house had roaches all over the kitchen and I politely told them, so they will fumigate. It makes me really wonder how many people their refund was never returned! Because it seems that if you dont ask they dont return it!!! Be careful to stay on top of it! I put a complain to my credit card!!!

There was a lot of rules don’t do this or that so I couldn’t really enjoy myself bc I was making sure everything stayed good

The house was really good. Great designs and comfortable rooms. Clean and very homey.

The communication to book the house was the worst experience I've ever had. Getting mixed signals about the booking of house. But when I called Wonder Vacation Home, they told me it was handled. When I arrived, not only did the owner of the house refuse to respond to my emails, text messages, and Application messages. Wonder Vacation Home stopped answering their phones for about 2 hours. So They had me and my family stuck and locked outside the house for 2 hours they promised was handled.

"It was ok but having to stay in a property with roaches running into the stove is kinda crazy"

They had roaches in the property and when I contacted them to let them know they did close to nothing to solve the issue. It caused our stay to be very uncomfortable

very spacious and location was great.

roaches in my kitchen area. paid $40 per day for heated pool that never worked and was denied a refund. contacted wonder homes vacation several times about my issues and nobody ever returned my calls or emails.
